Questions
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. The widget uses WhatsApp's official click-to-chat links. It works with the regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app on your phone.
Can it reply to customers automatically?
No. The widget opens a chat with your number and a message already typed. The visitor sends it, and you reply from WhatsApp as usual. It doesn't read your chats or send messages for you.
What do the analytics measure?
Impressions (the button was shown), opens (the chat panel was opened) and WhatsApp clicks (WhatsApp was opened). We can't see whether a visitor actually pressed Send.
Will it slow down my website?
No. The script is small, loads in the background after your page and doesn't block anything.
Does it use cookies?
No cookies. A short-lived session value in the visitor's browser remembers small things like which agent they were assigned. We don't store visitor IP addresses.
What happens when the free trial ends?
After 14 days or 500 widget views (whichever comes first) the button is hidden on your website until you choose a plan. Your settings are kept, and upgrading switches the widget back on instantly.
How can I pay?
Choose a plan in your dashboard and pay online through our secure payment partner. Your plan switches on automatically within seconds of a successful payment, and you get an email receipt. We never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are paid monthly or yearly in advance and don't renew automatically; we email you before the end date. If you don't renew, your plan simply ends at the end of the period.
What is a widget view?
One view is counted each time a page with your widget loads for a real visitor. Bots and crawlers are not counted. Paid plans include a monthly allowance; if a busy month goes over it, your widget keeps working and we'll suggest a bigger plan.
