Who we are. Rabta92 provides a WhatsApp chat widget for websites. Contact: support@enterprise92.com.

Customers (people who sign up)

We store your name, email, a hashed password, your websites, widget settings and the WhatsApp numbers you enter. We use this to run the service, send account emails and provide support. Payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Safepay); card details are entered on their secure page and never reach or are stored by us. We keep a record of your orders (plan, amount, date, status and the provider's transaction reference).

Visitors to our customers' websites

The widget sets no cookies and we don't store visitor IP addresses or identifiers. We count aggregate events (widget shown, opened, WhatsApp clicked) per day and the page path where a click happened, without query strings. IP addresses are processed briefly, in hashed form, to prevent abuse and are not kept in analytics. The browser's session storage keeps short-lived values like which agent a visitor was assigned. Conversations take place inside WhatsApp, and we can't see them.

Retention

Analytics are kept for up to 13 months, security logs for 12 months. You can delete widgets (and their analytics) at any time, and ask us to delete your account.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@enterprise92.com.

Refund Policy

You can try every feature free for 14 days before paying. If you're not happy after paying, email support@enterprise92.com within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full through our payment provider to the card or account you paid with. When a refund is issued, the paid plan it covered ends. Renewals and payments older than 7 days are not refundable, but your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds usually reach you within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.

Terms of Service

1. Service. Rabta92 displays a chat button that opens WhatsApp using click-to-chat links. It is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta and doesn't send, receive or read WhatsApp messages.
2. Your responsibilities. Use only phone numbers you are allowed to use, follow WhatsApp's terms, and tell your site visitors about the widget in your own privacy policy where required.
3. Plans & billing. Paid plans are paid in advance for one month or one year and do not renew automatically; we remind you by email before the end date. After the end date there is a short grace period, after which your widget is paused until you renew. Moving to a different plan starts a new period on the day your payment is confirmed.
4. Acceptable use. No spam, illegal content, impersonation, or attempts to abuse or overload the service.
5. Availability. We work to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
7. Changes. We may update these terms and will notify customers of material changes by email.
