Install your WhatsApp widget

Every widget has its own one-line code. Copy it from Dashboard → Websites & widgets → Edit → Install. It looks like this:

<script src="https://rabta92.enterprise92.com/widget.js" data-widget-id="YOUR_WIDGET_ID" async></script>

Publish the widget first, then add the code to your site. Open your site in a browser and your dashboard will show "Installed — last seen just now" within a minute.

Custom HTML website

  1. Open each page's HTML (or your shared footer/template file).
  2. Paste the code just before </body>.
  3. Save and upload the file.

WordPress / WooCommerce

  1. Easiest: install a free header/footer plugin such as "WPCode" → Code Snippets → Header & Footer.
  2. Paste the code into the Footer box and save.
  3. If you use a caching plugin (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, etc.), clear the cache.

If your caching plugin "delays" or "combines" JavaScript, exclude widget.js from it so the button appears right away.

Shopify

  1. Go to Online Store → Themes → … → Edit code.
  2. Open layout/theme.liquid.
  3. Paste the code just above </body> and click Save.

Shopify checkout pages don't allow custom scripts on most plans, so the widget appears on your store pages but not inside checkout.

Wix

  1. Open Settings → Custom Code (under Advanced).
  2. Click + Add Custom Code, paste the code, choose All pages and place it in Body – end.
  3. Publish your site.

Wix requires a premium plan with a connected domain to add custom code.

Webflow

  1. Open Site settings → Custom code.
  2. Paste the code in Footer code, save and publish.

Webflow only runs custom code on a paid site plan, and only on the published site, not inside the Designer.

Squarespace

  1. Go to Settings → Advanced → Code Injection.
  2. Paste the code in Footer and save.

Code injection needs a Business plan or higher.

Troubleshooting

How the WhatsApp link works

The button opens https://wa.me/<your number>?text=<your message>. On phones this opens the WhatsApp app. On computers it opens WhatsApp Desktop or WhatsApp Web. The visitor sees your pre-filled message and decides whether to send it.
